Introduction
This Refund Policy describes how Comfora handles cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the European Economic Area where applicable, and refunds for defective goods. It supplements our Terms of Service and should be read together with product labelling and any order confirmation you receive.
Consumer rights: if mandatory law in your country grants you stronger protections, those provisions apply alongside this policy.

Right of withdrawal (distance sales)
If you qualify as a consumer under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Sweden and you purchase a product through a distance contract, you may have a fourteen-day withdrawal period starting the day you receive the goods, subject to exceptions below.
During that period you may decide to return the goods without giving a reason, provided you follow the steps in the “How to notify” section and respect return condition rules.
Exceptions for hygiene and sealed goods
Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for withdrawal once the seal is broken, if such an exception applies under applicable law.
Perishable items, personalised goods produced to your specification, or goods that become inseparably mixed with other items may also fall outside standard withdrawal rights—details depend on the specific product and national rules.
How to exercise withdrawal
Send a clear statement to the email above before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name, address, order reference, and decision to withdraw. Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of notifying us, unless we offer collection or another arrangement.
Use outer packaging that protects the product during transit. You are liable for any reduction in value if handling went beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refund timing and method
We process refunds using the same payment method you used unless you agree otherwise and such agreement is permitted. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of return. You bear direct return costs unless we state otherwise or the law requires us to pay them.
We execute refunds within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice or receiving the goods, whichever is later, where the law sets that benchmark—if a different timeline applies in your jurisdiction, we follow the stricter consumer-friendly rule.
Defective or non-conforming goods
If goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you may have statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) and consumer rules. Contact us with a description, photos where helpful, and batch or lot numbers printed on the pack.
We may ask you to return the item for inspection before confirming a remedy. Do not discard packaging until we advise, as carriers may require evidence for damage claims.
Damaged shipments
Report transport damage to us and the carrier promptly—ideally within forty-eight hours of delivery. Keep packaging and contents until the claim is resolved. Photographs of the outer box and label help expedite review.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The reference date displayed when you load the page helps you contextualise the version you are reading.
